2023: A Year of Transformation and Trailblazing in Business Growth

2023 as a Year is Evolutionary for me!

From Slowing down the gears in TheContent Bot and Launching Lyan.digital in Full Throttle (Lyan was in the Building Phase since 2021 and this year gave it an unexpected frontline!), the year has transformed the professional path with exquisite details.

While that was happening, we went from DFY to DWY to DIY in the quickest possible time while getting good results and an 87% Success Rate for our clients (3 are Work in Progress & 2 drop-outs).

So After Silently working on Multiple moving parts of the Business for the past 10 Months, here are my Wins of the year!

- Developed 5 Case Studies with great customer feedback for our Organic Sales Funnel

- Made Sales as a Productised Addition for B2B Companies. Now all they have to do is Plug — Configure, and hit Play.

- Made Content Creation for Lead Generation as a Structured Machine, so all Founders had to do was choose an Archetype and start creating content. Within no time, they will be able to create content fluently, develop a content bank, and create an Inbound Sales System.

- Automate CRM Lead Flow and Pipeline Sorting. This way any lead that comes in is directly fed into the Nurture Funnel, so there is no way your Pipeline Leaks now.

- Made Lead Generation an automated outcome of our Organic Sales Funnel, whether it is Outbound Lead Generation, Cold Lead Generation, or for Leads with a Higher Sales Intent not restricted to ABM, we utilized a few best software for our aid, coined greatly working strategies (with variants, so we can use the one that works for you) and got splendid results. Our Recent client whom we implemented this, got a 42% response rate out of which 46% gave a positive response. (We got 24 new additions to the pipeline in 2 weeks.)

After all of this, we are now planning for a way to make this system affordable and Accessible for more than just a select few.
