Embracing Progress: Navigating Business Growth Through Obstacles

--

Any progress is still progress.

Not every time business would be accelerating ride. Many times in the long run, there might be some obstacles that prevent you from accelerating in the same speed that you grew with.

But when this happens, three kinds of outcomes might be possible.

1. People Quit
2. People stay Stagnant
3. People push harder

In the first instance quitting means THE END.

In the third instance progress means moving forward.

But if you are in the second segment where you don’t stop while at the same time you don’t push harder, that is when your business starts aging backwards.

AGING BACKWARDS — doesn’t mean growing young.

But aging backward means not giving your business the “experience” factor and preventing it from looking into new boundaries.

The impact of this will be huge.

1. Your business will grow older. But not wiser
2. You’ll have since’ a good year. But not enough maturity
3. Your revenue figures would still remain subtle
4. You as a Founder — wouldn’t be a better leader.

So what do to instead?

1. Everyday — see what 1% progress can be made
2. Stay connected with leaders and speak to people. We never know what might open new paths
3. Think and speak with employees. Somewhere something will hit the spark

Deep down, remember — it’s you who had started the empire. Even if it goes down — you know how to start it again.

So keep Building!
