Starting a Business: Passion vs. Flow

Not every Business Owner starts with Passion and some start with Flow.

I would like to talk about a prevalent opinion here today. “Only Passionate People become Business Owners.”

Let me tell you — it’s not so!

Back when I started, I was under an old-school impression.

“Only People with years of experience and great connections can start and run a Business.”

Entrepreneurship was a privileged term, and not many knew much about it. [At least from my circle]

And that’s when I started my first Business — A retail ECom Store selling products. [Kinda similar model to Dropshipping]

And the reason I started it? Well, that’s on a fluke as well!

I liked the products. Shopped from them frequently. 🛒

So the happy Manufacturer gave me a discount. 😀

I sold to my acquaintances without a discount 💸

The demand increased, and soon I was selling more products.

The manufacturer introduced new products, and my product line expanded.

My Business now needed a Brand Name.

I created it, registered it -established an online store, and then:

Tadaaa! The Business is Live! Until I found my passion in Marketing and took the decision to pursue it full-time!

So the next time someone tells you — you need to FIND YOUR PASSON before you Launch your Business, feel free to share this post with them!

You need to have a NEED. That’s all it takes!
