“Strategic Time Management: Maximizing Efficiency and Value as a Business Owner”
As a Business Owner, time management is crucial.
Here is how I managed time ever since I started my first company:
1. Analyzed what my team members are extremely good at and can do without my surveillance.
2. Took more of such businesses to keep the company running. For other important tasks that needed to be done — I hired one more employee
3. Took strong consulting projects that would add up to my profits so that I wouldn’t burn out.
4. Every day took a ONE-HOUR non-negotiable strategy hour. This is what kept my business going with innovative breakthroughs.
5. Start creating content every single day. It was tough in the beginning. But it gets easier as days pass by
6. Once I repeated this, I established a domain authority that brought me more inbound leads where I can raise my prices and maintain good quality outputs for my clients
7. Now I have lesser projects, more profits, and good brand authority.
I work for 4 hours a day and the rest is spent on ideating, strategizing, and creating content.
So yes, that’s how you can optimize your time, and resources and enhance the value you add.
And out of all of these, the most essential perspective is this.
Your authority & value speaks for you — so have it strong!
