How we change, Everyday?

--

This is about getting used to something.

People speak about normality, getting something in your routine and taking it forward as your whole course of life.

Remember those people who used to do the same job for 40 years, or the housewives, who just cook every day for the rest of their lives? But if you’re looking deeper, it’s put in a way that it evolves every single day or instead every single minute. The more you do something, the more you get acquainted with something.

So, on that note, let’s say, you’re doing the same sort of things repetitively for the next 40 years, 4 years, or 4 months. The way you did it in the first month is drastically different from how you did it in the 4th month.

Secondly, the way you did it and the mannerisms that you used to do it, are different.

How does this Happen?

If I should put it out in an easier way for you, my mom used to cook for me since I was little. But at that time, what she cooked versus what she cooks now has drastically improved. Her recipes have improved. Her presentation has improved.

So if you think she’s just been cooking, oh yes, it’s just the cooking, but it’s not just the cooking. It’s something more to it, it’s the added flavor, it’s the added embellishment, and it’s the improvement that comes from within.

So, from this very little example, we can see that humans are made to evolve. But what happens when you take it, take it as one of the main instincts to improve from there?
Profound innovations happen; people who innovate are scientists and are no different from normal human beings, from you and me. But something that makes them different is their intent.

Or, in other words, their effort to improve a little faster, because when it happens subconsciously, it still happens, but it just takes its own time. You cannot put a timeline to what happens subconsciously.

It just happens over time.

What if, you can Evolve Intentionally?

But let’s say if you’re doing it intentionally if you want to put yourself into it, the change happens a little quicker. The reason is that you tend to focus on it and you tend to focus on the next steps. You take it up as a path to improvement instead of a stagnant pathway.
So, let’s say, if you’re in a stagnant position, the earth moves by 0.25 centimeters every single day to a specific direction, so, you still keep moving, but you do not move at your own pace, you move at the earth’s pace.

But, let us see if you make an intentional decision to keep moving forward, that is, you keep walking or you keep running, or you keep sliding, whatever it is and whatever pace you are comfortable in, you keep evolving more rapidly.

So the point is, everything that you actually need to grow, every catalyst, every pathway, every road map, every instruction is already there. You have every resource you need, to make anything you think possible. The only thing you need to do is figure it out, know what you need to do, focus, and keep doing it.

Because once you put what you have thought into action, that’s when things happen, that’s when things move forward. So, take up this evolution as your prime intention, and intentionally look forward to moving.

Finally, you know, everything that’s in this universe, including your body, is self-healing. It is self-transforming, itself growing. Every day, every single part of your body, including yourself, grows.

There are two ways, either it grows upwards or grows downward, which means either there is an improvement or it starts deteriorating. So when you say deteriorate, that means aging. So, you age to a certain level and then you age backwards. Similarly, we either grow forward as a human, or we tend to go backward.

Don’t underestimate yourself

Make use of all these mechanisms, make use of this power of your universe that pushes you in any direction you aspire to. Here is a general reminder. Never think you age because you live for a certain period. At 80, some people lift weights, and some people can’t even lift their own hands.

The main thing that lies between both of these people are the decisions, the intentions, what they did, or what choices they made, or what thoughts they had in mind.

Because at the end of the day, if you don’t take responsibility if you cannot take control of something, nothing else stays in control.

So, make a choice, decide to evolve, to keep evolving, to take charge of your destiny and progress from there. Because trust me, whether you like it or not, you evolve. The direction in which you evolve, and the pace in which you evolve those are up to you.

Evolve!

And let me see you soon :)
